Vouch. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store data when you use our Discord bot.

1. Data We Collect

In order for the Vouch. bot to function (e.g., storing reputation, profiles, and marketplace listings), we collect the following data:

  • User Information: Discord User ID, Username, and Display Name.
  • Reputation Data: Vouch content including product details, ratings, reviews, prices, and proof images (URLs).
  • Guild Information: Discord Server IDs and configuration settings (e.g., log channels, admin roles).
  • Profile Customization: Information you voluntarily provide via the /settings command, including Bio, Payment Addresses (PayPal, Crypto wallets), Banner URLs, and Profile Pictures.
  • Reports: Information submitted via /reportscammer, including evidence and descriptions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data solely to provide the bot's functionality:

  • To display your reputation profile to other users when requested.
  • To maintain leaderboards and seller ranks.
  • To facilitate marketplace listings and verify users.
  • To detect and prevent cross-server scamming via our global blacklist system.

3. Data Visibility & Public Nature

Important: Vouch. is a reputation system. By nature, the vouches you receive, your calculated reputation score, and the profile information you configure (such as payment addresses) are considered public within the Discord servers where the bot is installed.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely in JSON/Database formats on our hosting infrastructure. We restrict access to this data to developers of FZ Enterprise. While we implement reasonable security measures, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain reputation data indefinitely to ensure the integrity of the trust system. However, you have rights regarding your data:

  • Removal: You may request the removal of specific data (such as payment info or bio) by using the /settings command or contacting support.
  • "Right to be Forgotten": If you wish to have all your data deleted, please join our Support Server and open a ticket. Note that deleting your data will reset your reputation score to zero.

6. Third-Party Services

We interact with the Discord API. We are not responsible for how Discord handles your data. Please refer to Discord's own Privacy Policy. We may also store image URLs hosted on third-party sites (e.g., Imgur).
